Johann Joachim Quantz (1697-1773)
Based on the instrument from the Musikinstrumenten-Museum, Berlin.

Made in ebony (like the original) with ivory mounts, headjoint tuning slide and two silver keys (pitch: a- 392Hz) and a second headjoint with a smaller embouchure.

Available with following extra middle joints: a-398Hz, a-404 Hz, a-410 Hz and a-415 Hz.

Though Quantz was not keen to deliver his flutes (including several middle joints) with a foot-register, it remains a helpful tool to play in tune on the same instrument using different middle joints. Available with either the 'original' foot joint or with foot-register.
